Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, contract, or business relationship.

Serious misconduct including threats, harassment, or violence may result in immediate termination and referral to appropriate legal authorities where necessary.

Reporting Procedures

If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or retaliation involving Division HVAC Specialists, please report your concerns to company leadership or management as soon as possible. All reports will be reviewed seriously and handled with discretion. Investigations will be conducted promptly and fairly, and retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Anonymous reports may be reviewed if sufficient information is provided for appropriate action to be taken.
